With nearly 20 years of experience in the computer support industry we can support your needs. Although only started in July 2005, SCADANET personnel have worked supporting medium to large organizations for around 20 years. Supporting and installing equipment from WYSE-50 terminals, on Xenix systems, all the way through to the latest Rack Servers, running Windows 2003. With infrastructure knowledge from RS-232 Serial communications through Ethernet (coax) onto Ethernet (RG45) and Fibre. We have knowledge of nearly all the network options you could require.

SCADANET has been setup to meet the demands of the small to medium sized business that can not afford to retain technical support staff, but find themselves at the mercy of organisations that charge high rates for what they consider time consuming and unproductive business.

Designed to fit in with your existing business we charge reasonable rates on a sliding scale for a set level of support.

Roll it over!
By taking note of how the mobile phone sector works we have designed a system where by you can carry you unused support hours over from one week to the next. With this system you're not as pressured to go out and spend more than you need to on support services you may not need to use.

Loyalty Reductions!
We run our system on a 6 month contract basis stay with us after the 6 months and you receive a discount on the following period (up to 10%) just for staying with us.

Cover Reductions!
If you use the support services less than 50% within the first 6 months we re-evaluated the costs to you and discount the next 6 months by up to 15%.

Flexible Systems!
Decide you need more or less cover within the terms of your contract and we can adjust the costs and cover to suit.

Reduced onsite costs!
If you run over your allocation you will still receive onsite support at a lower rate. 37% lower than standard onsite cover without a contract.

Phone and Onsite Support!
We provide both phone and onsite support which we include in our contract's as standard. Because we understand that a visit to site is sometimes not possible or convenient we can help as much as possible over the phone. And because you have to take time out to call us and resolve the problem we feel it only fair that we supply more hours for phone support than onsite.
